Online V8 AGM 2020 - checklist of information
This webpage provides information and links to the formal notice of the V8 AGM 2020 and all the other information to enable fellow Members of the V8 Register to follow and participate in an online V8 AGM on Sunday 2nd August 2020. The online V8 AGM 2020 arrangements and procedure have been necessary because of the Covid-19 social movement restrictions which resulted in MGLive! 2020 not being held where the V8 AGM 2020 was to have been held at noon on Sunday 14th June 2020.

Information will be released on the V8 Website for Members via a link on our "More" webpage to this webpage: first the formal notice of the online V8 AGM 2020 with the Agenda and then information which can be reached via the links below. You will see below there is an online voting form so Members of the V8 Register will be able to vote on the nominations and any resolutions as items on the agenda (for example approval of the annual accounts for the V8 Register to 31st December 2019). https://www.v8register.net/more.htm

Online voting form

Eligibility: please note only current members of the MG Car Club who have also registered an MGV8 with the V8 Register may vote.

Matters raised by Members prior the V8 AGM 2020
 Note: the document with the matters and proposals received from Members will be updated as as items are received from Members. It can be reached via the "Details" link alongside.
Any matters raised by Members will be listed here, including any items for the Agenda item, "Any Other Business" and where any matter is raised as a motion, so Members will be able to vote on it/them using the online form. Online form for Members' matters arising & comments no longer available
Members wishing to raise any matter or sumit a proposal should send them by email to the V8 Chairman by Saturday 11th July 2020.
