 Formal notice of the V8 AGM 2020
 This was released on the V8 Website on 10th June 2020 and will be 
              in the July 2020 issue of Safety Fast! giving Members the necessary 
              period of notice of the online V8 AGM. Members wishing to raise 
              any matters or proposals can send them in to the V8 Secretary, our 
              currently co-opted V8 Committee member Chris Bound. Email

 Minutes of the last V8 AGM 2019 held at Donington Park Circuit

 Reports from the V8 Chairman, V8 Treasurer (together with 
              the annual V8 Register accounts for 2019), V8 Secretary, V8 Technical 
              members, V8 Scribe/V8 Webmaster, the Admins for the V8 Register's 
              Facebook Group and the V8 Bulletin Board Admin and other V8 Committee 
              members will be released on the V8 Website as they are sent in.

 Nominations of Members wishing to stand for election to the 
              V8 Committee will be published on the V8 Website as they are received. 
              Each nomination will need a proposer and seconder and of course 
              the agreement of the person proposed, each of whom must be a current 
              Member.

 Matters raised by Members prior to the V8 AGM by Members 
              - an online form will enable Members to set out the matter they 
              wish to raise and submit it not later than Saturday 11th July 
              2020. Any matters received will be released on the V8 Website 
              as promptly as possible ahead of the start of the 3 week voting 
              period as part of the online V8 AGM 2020.

              any matters arising, comment or quey reomoved on 11th July 2020
 
 Online voting form
 Only Members of the V8 Register may use the online voting form to 
              vote on the nominations of Members who have submitted a nomination 
              and who wish to stand for election to the V8 Committee. The online 
              voting form will be available from Sunday 12th July 2020 enabling 
              Members to vote on nominations received and vote on any matter submitted 
              as a formal proposal requiring a vote by Members. Members'

 Members can vote at any time up to noon on Sunday 2nd August 
              2020 when the V8 AGM 2020 will close.
 
 Procedure on the day 
              of the online V8 AGM 2020 - Sunday 2nd August 2020
 At noon on Sunday 2nd August 2020 the meeting will commence with 
              the V8 Chairman, V8 Treasurer and V8 Secretary in contact via the 
              telephone and they will work their way through the agenda, the reports 
              and annual accounts for 2019, the online voting forms sent in by 
              eligible Members and other emails from Members. Following the meeting 
              a report of the meeting in the form of a set of minutes will be 
              prepared. The report will include the results of the online voting 
              for the election of members of the V8 Committee and responses and 
              any votes on matters raised prior to the meeting by fellow Members. 
              The minutes of the meeting will be released promptly on the V8 Website.
 
 Eligibility
 Note - only current V8 Register Members may participate in the 
              online V8 AGM and voting procedures. A "current V8 Register 
              Member" is a current Member of the MG Car Club who has also 
              registered an MGV8 with the V8 Register. The online voting form 
              may only to be used by current Members.
 
 Members can vote at 
              any time up to noon on Sunday 2nd August 2020 when the V8 AGM 
              2020 will close.
