MGBGTV8 development programme was so damned quick that you had to photograph it going by!
Don Hayter said this in his talk to V8 members in 2002 adding "when I was first asked to give this talk, I felt the question I was really being asked was “how did the base car come to be so suitable for the V8 engine?”"
