Tour 2009 - booking arrangements The cost of this year's weekend is £460 per couple including three nights dinner, bed and breakfast, rally plaque and admission to the various attractions plus incidental expenses. All other extras at the hotel will need to be settled by each member. To reserve your place on the tour please complete a booking form and send it with a deposit cheque for £100 made payable to the V8 Register - MG Car Club to the organisers, Mike and Maria Taylor. The deposit should be paid by 5th May 2009 and the balance of £360 paid by 14th August 2009. Early booking is recommended. Cancellation Policy: The V8 Register of the MG Car Club has to pay a deposit to the hotel and final balance payment by 31st August, so if you cancel after this date there will not be any refund unless the Buxton Palace Hotel accepts the cancellation and makes a refund to the V8 Register, in which case, a refund of the Hotel booking could be made. Send your completed booking form and cheque made payable to the "V8 Register - MG Car Club" to the organisers Mike and Maria Taylor. There is no online payment option this year. |
