MGBGTV8 outside Special Tuning at Abingdon MGBGTV8 (Flamenco Red 2375) owned by Jeff Ward for many years. Update: MGBGTV8 (Flamenco Red 2360) has just been registered by Richard Stimpson. It was built at Abingdon in August 1975 and was despatched in October that year as a Management Car Plan vehicle for B Kearswell, BMLC Austin/Morris Cowley. Posted: 220702 David Knowles tracked down the photos above of the MGBGTV8 (Flamenco Red 2630) parked outside Special Tuning at Abingdon with their front spoiler or air dam fitted. He says "at last I have the images and must acknowledge the generous assistance of Jeff Ward who had them in his collection and has said he is happy to share them with fellow members." Jeff has a rubber bumper MGBGTV8 (Flamenco Red 2375) fitted with the spoiler. Jeff points out that the correct terminology for the parts is a 'front air dam' (part number STR 0189) and a 'rear spoiler' (part number STR 0190).
