Club of the Year Award 2022 to MG Car Club News from Lorraine Noble-Thompson (member of the Club's Executive Committee) who was working hard with the Club Office team and volunteers at the NEC at the weekend for the Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show where the MG Car Club received a Club of the Year Award. Lorraine also "heard from Doug Niven who confirmed he will be the keynote speaker at the V8 Scottish Borders Tour 2022 on the Saturday. He’s Jim Clark’s cousin and has lovely stories. He will also meet us at the Jim Clark Motorsport Museum on Sunday to show us around". More Posted: 220321 Lorraine Noble-Thompson has sent in a copy of the award and says "just home from a successful show at the NEC where the Club won the Club of the Year Award again along with TR Register & TSSC for the joining of clubs for the successful Malvern Weekend Show in August last year".
