Yorks Moors V8 Tour 2017 Thursday 7th to Monday 11th September 2017 The next V8 Tour in the popular series will be based in the North Yorks Moors. The event will include touring the beautiful scenic routes around the North Yorks Moors National Park taking in Heartbeat country Goatland, Castle Howard, Helmsley and many more interesting villages. There will be a tour of the Cleveland Ironstone Mining Museum and a visit to Eden Camp, a multi-award winning Modern History Theme Museum housed in a former WW2 prisoner of war camp. do I join the North Yorks Moors V8 Tour 2017? To enter this enjoyable tour there are three steps: Step 1: Book your accommodation directly with the hotel and pay the hotel deposit. You pay the hotel directly. Step 2: Pay for the tour with a bank transfer to the Tour Organisers - see the payment details below. The tour cost is £170 per couple and £90 for a single participant. Tour payment details As the Tour Organisers are out of the country for most of the first quarter of 2017 they cannot accept cheques but please arrange your tour payment by way of a bank transfer:
Step 3. Please also confirm by email to the Tour Organisers that you have paid your tour fee by bank transfer and that you have booked accommodation with the hotel and accept the indemnity for the event. Hall in Whitby, North Yorkshire This is a lovely hotel, very warm and welcoming; formerly built as a holiday home by a millionaire shipping magnate. Set in a quiet hamlet with excellent parking just a 'fat mile' from the coast. The hotel has 25 rooms so accommodation will be on a first come, first served basis, however the hotel can organise overflow accommodation locally. Bedrooms are located on the ground, first and second floors with access by stairs only, so those with 'dodgy pins' please note this. There are no single rooms. Booking accommodation direct with the hotel, no reference or booking code needs quoting - just the dates and "MG classic car tour". Rates: £130 per room per night - dinner, bed and breakfast. Deposit: £130 per room, non-refundable 4 weeks prior to the tour. Any special dietary requirements need to be agreed with the hotel.
