We do hope that you will come and enjoy our tour of the North Yorkshire Moors, this is our third organised tour and whilst every attempt has been made to organise the event to run smoothly and satisfactorily, and to agreed standards, please do not admonish us if things do not quite meet your expectation. Do bear in mind as Tour Organisers we are committed and unpaid volunteers organising an enjoyable tour for you all.
Event indemnity
The booking from each tour participant is accepted subject to their indemnity: "I recognise and accept that no part of the North Yorks Moors V8 Tour 2017 ("Event") is timed and it is not a rally or a competitive event. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified to the fullest extent permitted by law the MG Car Club, the V8 Register - MG Car Club, Robert and Stella Crowson ("Tour Organisers") and any other person assisting with the organisation of the Event, together with the representatives and agents of any of the foregoing, from and against all actions, costs, expenses, claims and demands in respect of injury, fatal or otherwise and loss or damage to personal property I may incur, caused or arising when reasonably undertaking their duties in connection with the Event".
