Annual General Meeting of the Club held on 14th October
2006
The minutes
of the AGM will be posted on the Council members' website
as soon as they are finalised for circulation. The four new
directors elected at the AGM are Chris Hunt Cooke, John Day,
Ted Lawrence and Dave Saunders. Brian Woodhams was re-elected
a director. The existing directors are Peter Best (Club Chairman),
Malcolm Eades, John Dutton, Howard Gosling and Victor Smith.

Council
members are the representatives of the Centres, Registers
and Branches of the Club, elected by annual general meetings
of those groups. Each CRB is entitled to send two members
to a Council meeting, one of whom (the Council member) has
a vote which is used in that role of representative for
their respective CRB.
