MGBGTV8 in Tundra goes to auction We first saw this MGBGTV8 for sale at the Barons' auction at Sandown Park on Tuesday 4th June 2019. Over the last 24 months the car has been regularly advertised for sale in Classic Car Weekly and in other classified adverts. It seems it hasn't sold and now we see it is coming up for sale on the Car & Classic online auction website. Our report in June 2019 highlighted the front sidelights are fitted the wrong way round with the indicator outboard and the sidelight inboard. The full set of photos included in the Car & Classic listing shows the sidelights have not been changed. There are no photos of the nearside of the car. It is very clear to see that the car has been subject to a recent restoration, the underside, as the owner was very keen to point out, has been coated in rust inhibitor.
