- modified MGBGTV8 - trade sale Advert says "an MGBGTV8 with genuine
factory V8 3.528 cc Rover engine, total restoration ended in 2010 when we first
sold the car. From then it has always been serviced in our workshop. Mileage since
restoration is 3.400. The car is fitted with a Sebring kit, four adjustable Koni
shock absorbers, EBC brake pads, and an FIA harnesses. Always carefully maintained,
only once on a track (Classic Days in Magny-Cours in 2012).
Nothing to
be done on this tremendous and unique MGBGTV8.

advert & trader's website | Keith
Belcher has provided a translation of another version of the advert with a little
more detail "the most enjoyable car that we have ever sold. It's aunique
model in many respects. Genuine
factory MGBGTV8. full restoration
completed in 2010, when we bought a first time and sold the same day to a friend
Douai. We have maintained it since then and know absolutely everything about her
since 2010. She has covered 5,430 miles since its restoration. Bodywork in perfect
condition (body color).
"Some differences": it has a Sebring
full kit, supercharged engine, (we can not justify its preparation), estimated
power 180-200 hp, Minilite aluminium rims with offset (P600 Pirelli 235/60 R 15),
exhaust "tailored" (see video above), four adjustable Koni dampers,
EBC pads, harnesses FIA (2010), additional headlights, footrest Sparco copilot
(2010), and Terratrip 202 calibrated (set on the cover of the car radio, so removed
without visible damage) in Oct 2014.
This car was used since 2010 by a
gentleman driver in a regularity rally. The car has been on the track once, the
Classic Days of Magny-Cours in 2012. No
cost involved." |
