Tom Williams
contacted the V8 Webmaster around Christmas time about getting
his MGBGTV8 back on the road. Well it seems the exercise was
not one of simply getting it back on the road but also one of
setting off on the road on an extraordinary journey with his
father to Marrakech in north Africa! Well the good news is they
got there and back again. You can see Tom's blog written each

is Damask 0558 which Tom and his father serviced and updated
the car mechanically during the early Summer in order to drive
it from their house in Effingham in Surrey to Marrakech, and
back. |
