Swiss V8 enthusiasts enjoyed a V8 Register Forum on Thursday 16th August 2007 at the Hotel Wallberg in Volketswil near Zurich where a large collection of V8 memorabilia and other items from different periods of MG V8 power was on display covering MGV8s produced by Costello, British Leyland, MG Rover and MG-Xpower. The items on display included RV8 launch packs and framed prints of RV8 launch photos together with framed prints of photos from MGBGTV8 sales brochures and some memorable advertisements at the time. Forum attracted a great deal of interest from over 60 MG Car Club members who attended a V8 Dinner with presentations. The whole evening was accompanied by a very entertaining Dixy-Band, wearing amusing MG T-shirts.

Next MGCC Switzerland - V8 Register Event Sunday 16th September 2007 Victor Rodrigues says "a get-together for registered Swiss V8 members and their friends will be held at a very cute Swiss-cottage style of place belonging to a very good friend and MG enthusiast which is located in a very pictorial part of central Switzerland (Canton of Bern )".
