of the season. Hosted by the 750MC, they are snapped

The
Aldon sessions, (this will be the third), arranged
by Dennis are usually pretty popular, although he
still have about five places left at present. They
are good value at £45 per car, which as you
would
have seen in the reports which have appeared in
Safety Fast!, are
quite comprehensive. They include a basic timing
and a dizzy check, full
power runs, plus fuel flow and CO analysis. And
then usually a bit
more depending upon what is found. Members usually
stay and enjoy
the full day, interested to see what problems and
solutions others
encounter. I think the highest recorded figures
taken so far go to
Anthony Cutler with his Lotus Elise "K"
series engined MG Midget, at
about 175BHP! |
