A
talk by Mike Bailey of Sutton Rebore Services on
Thursday 16th September 2010 looks as if it will
be interesting for MG enthusiasts. It's at the Fairmile,
a hotel and pub set back in its own grounds on the
Portsmouth Road between Esher and Cobham in Surrey
near a bridge over the M25. The talk starts at 8pm
prompt.

Mike
Bailey will spend about 5 minutes on their history,
15 minutes on their
services and 10 minutes on horror stories. He will
then answer any
questions. They built a record breaking dragster
in the 1970s the 'Commuter' which held the land
speed record for a piston engined dragster.
The meeting room at the Fairmile is found by turning
left as you approach the main entrance of the hotel
and turn right at the corner of the building and
then you will find the meeting room at the rear
of the building. |
