An interesting report on the race in the Daily
Telegraph says "now that the dust has settled
Brian Laban takes a look back at the 24 hours of
Le Mans." He notes that "in 2009, after
threatening in both previous years, Peugeot convincingly
deposed Audi from the Le Mans winner's circle. The
brand that for most of the past decade had looked
invincible finally proved fallible, stumbling badly
against a team (and cars) right on top of their
game." Audi came home in a convincing 1-2-3
last Sunday afternoon.
