Al
Barnett has spotted that at their first auction
in 2013 at Buxton, H&H has a 6,600 mile Nightfire
Red RV8 which sold for £19,980. Al adds "I
don't think that includes the buyer's premium!"
You can see the details on the H&H Auction website

The
RV8 was in fact Nightfire Red 1224, registered with
the V8 Register by a longstanding Club member in
Lancashire. H&H say it was built on 24th November
1994 and supplied new to Japan, and then repatriated
by a Rover dealership in Uxbridge some three years
later. Stated to have covered just 6,623 miles from
new by its only UK registered keeper, he goes on
to say that: "this is one of the lowest mileage
RV8 cars to come to auction, if not the lowest,
in the most attractive colour available, Nightfire
Red." |
