and I spent last weekend in Stuttgart visiting the town
and of course the Porsche Museum . . . a must if you are
in Stuttgart!! The building and the display of all the
historical cars are really outstanding. On the way from
Zurich to Stuttgart, driving our MGBGTV8 on the German
highway - still at “NO SPEED LIMITS“!! - we
made a lunch-stop in the village of Böblingen where
we found much to our surprise a very ”interesting”
V8 related Hotel including a permanent display of several
old and youngtimers in the new completely reconstructed
former airport building and discontinued aircraft hangars.
For fellow MGV8 enthusiasts travelling in this area, I
strongly suggest you plan a stop.
