Three recent changes
on the Club website are a welcome start of improvements which should
gradually raise the level of interest and topicality of the website
for Club members and other visitors. As it is likely these changes
have not been seen by many members, this brief review aims to highlight
what's new on the Club website. (31.7.07)
News items
A series of homepage news items on topical MG matters has carried
useful information on MG matters not least some extraordinary photos
of the recent flooding in Abingdon which fortunately did not reach
the Club Office.
MG Car Club on eBay

A range of the smaller items from the Club's stock of regalia is
now offered for sale on a dedicated eBay area. You simply click
the large logo on the righthand side of the homepage of the Club's
website to view "MG Car Club on eBay".
MG Clothing
A very welcome development has been the launch of a new MG Clothing
shop on a new website run by Performance Clothing. They are very
experienced clothing suppliers and were formerly the Club's contractors
before the unwise decision was made some years ago to bring Club
regalia in-house at Club Office. The good news is Performance Clothing
are now the outsourced contractor again for the Club's range of
MG Clothing. They manage the dedicated website and the purchasing,
stocking, preparation, order processing, packaging and mailing of
MG Clothing items to Club members together with all after sales
support.

Homepage of the
new MG Clothing website run by the specialist club clothing supplier,
Performance Clothing. It is a refreshingly straightforward design
and the webpage navigation is equally simple.

On clicking "shirts" up pops a webpage with the current
offers.
On clicking an individual shirt, the full order details come up.
You then specify the size, colour and other features and move
on to buy the item at the checkout.
