How will classic car motoring suffer in the Budget 2010?
With the Budget set for Wednesday 24th March, motoring enthusiasts will want to see what impact the Chancellor's tax measures will have for them. As usual we will have a prompt report on his Budget announcements on the annual car tax (VED) rates and any fuel duty increases.

What are the predictions for the Budget? Clearly the Chancellor of the Exchequer has a difficult balancing act as he is faced with a mountain of public debt and the reality of an election within 6 weeks of the Budget, so will he will feel cautious over ramping up motoring taxes?
