Highclere Castle

This year the popular Annual Summer Day Out organised Abingdon Works Centre will be at Highclere Castle just south of Newbury. It is the home of the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon and is England's most beautiful Victorian castle set in spectacular parkland.

The event is always a wonderfully relaxed day with a lunchtime band and a tea stall which V8 enthusiasts enjoy. It's an event your partner will find interesting, particularly a visit to the house and garden.
