Despatch
of tickets and refunds
We endeavour to despatch tickets within 28 days of receipt
of your order, but factors outside our control may prevent
this. If any tickets we send you are faulty, please let
us know as soon as possible and return them to us and we
will either replace them or make a full refund of the purchase
cost, at our discretion. We will also be happy to refund
the post and packaging cost if the return is a result of
our mistake. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you
have the right to cancel your order for any purchase on
this website for a refund. As the tickets are for events
held on a particular day and at a variety of venues, refunds
will only be issued where tickets are returned and received
by us on or before Saturday1st June 2008. These terms do
not affect your statutory rights under English law, which
will govern the transaction.
