Tom Raddatz (Woodcote Green 1443) from Illinois reports good progress with his RV8 project in the US. "As promised here is a photo of the MG RV8 (more to follow). It's been a long road since I picked the car up in the Cayman Islands to get it this far, but things are finally starting to move along.

The interior is being re-done in black leather, the body obviously is now red. The front axle and suspension and brakes are completed, but I amhaving difficulty finding a bearing for the rear axle, othewise that's now done. The wood panels are being restored in Goletta California and I'm still hoping to meet my September 2006 deadline for completion.

Thanks to everyone for your help. I'll keep in touch. One of the major challenges for Tom has been sourcing a wiring harness as this car sat in salt water up to the dashboard for two days"
