Ian says it mentions "You will see that the counter at the Feltham branch in London is closing at the end of July 2025 and then from 1st August they will operate a click and collect service instead of holding stock. This will prove inconvenient when you need a part in a hurry. If you need anything, collect it now but call first to check availability."

We're writing to update you on the exciting changes happening at Moss Europe. As previously communicated in March, our London-based inventory, distribution and returns functions are being relocated to our newly expanded group facility in Lincoln. This strategic move allows us to:
• Increase stock availability by offering access to inventory across our group network.
• Accelerate dispatch times through streamlined processes.
• Offer an expanded carrier network, providing customers with more delivery options.

We’re pleased to confirm that all building and system integration work is now fully completed and tested. These changes will come into effect from 1st August 2025.

What This Means for You
Although our London branch will no longer hold stock on-site, it will continue to operate as a customer service hub and contact centre, offering:
• Access to our latest parts and accessories catalogues.
• A curated range of consumables, tools, and special offers.
• Support from our experienced customer service team.

Option 2: Click & Collect
• Order online or by phone, and we'll deliver to our London Feltham branch for convenient collection typically next working day. Specific collection timings will be confirmed when you place your order.

Option 3: Lincoln Branch
• Visit our Lincoln facility for immediate purchase and collection with full retail counter service.

Option 4: Paris Branch
