This special event marks a significant milestone, celebrating 60 years since the legendary Jim Clark secured his second Formula 1 World Championship and triumphantly raced to victory at the Indianapolis 500, alongside victories in the British and French F2 Championships. An extraordinary achievement that remains unmatched. This weekend promises to be a thrilling tribute to one of racing history’s greatest icons.

Jim Clark Trail
The Jim Clark Trail reveals the incredible rich heritage of motorsport in the Scottish Borders (that still exists to this day) that influenced Jim Clark from an early age, combined with beautiful open roads, stunning landscape, culture and history. The route starts in Duns at the museum, visiting Jim Clark’s home village of Chirnside, then crossing the border from Scotland to England to Berwick Upon Tweed. Following the River Tweed to Norham’s impressive 12th century castle and then the discovery of two former military WWII airfields and race tracks of Winfield and Charterhall .
