          | Rare
V8 Roadster Built by Beer of Houghton for Barry Boyd in 1982 on one of the original
Factory O-series MGB Roadster shells and finished in Ermin White,
it was originally registered as RUD 224T (now 3621 MG). It was later
off the road for over 30 years and in need of some recommissioning
when Peter Ellis (Workshop Notes Editor) acquired it and carried out
a restoration. Now owned by David Gillingham in West Yorkshire. Posted:

          | Stuart, Michelle and Clive were on the MGV8Parts
stand in the V8 Register Gazeebo which was attracting considerable
interest this morning. Clive is a longtime sponsor of the V8 Register
and is active in resourcing parts - for example the rear lamp units
for the RV8 model which had gone NLA with a few rare units fetching
eye watering prices online. Clive Wheatley resourced the lamps with
the lenses produced using 3D printing. That revived the availability
of an essential replacement part which was a lifesaver for some RV8
            owners.
