Moss MGB parts catalogue - find the V8 parts at the back Posted: 220325 Ian Ailes was looking for a part for his MGBGTV8 and could not find earth straps anywhere. "The MGB is very poorly earthed or grounded. I think the only earth strap is on the gearbox to crossmember. My V8 has an extra strap from a crossmember nut to engine block. In searching in the Moss Europe parts catalogue I discovered that they now print the V8 parts list at the back. I was not sure many of their staff know that. I bought some drop links there in December using an old V8 supplement. It's really useful having it all in one book. I have emailed them to ask that next time they print the cataologue they have a note on the front cover that the V8 parts are there". Peter Beadle said Moss Europe realised their mistake as soon as the catalogue hit the ground.but did did print some stickers to put on the front cover saying "including MGBGTV8".
