Formal notice of
the Club's Annual General Meeting on Saturday 26th October
2019 in Abingdon. The AGM will start at 3pm. All Club members
may attend the AGM. Above is an additional notice saying "there
will be a number of Director vacancies to be filled on the Executive
Committee" and inviting members with the capabilities and
experience to volunteer and put forward a nomination.
The AGM will be preceeded by the bi-annual Council meeting
at the same venue at which each Centre, Register and Branch
of the Club ("CRB") may have two representatives,
one of whom is the voting member for the individual CRB. |
