For many classic car enthusiasts this will be sad news and unexpected too. It's been a busy time at Morgan over the last few years with 110th anniversary, a new platform (Morgan CX chassis), a new Plus Six built on it and with a new drive train from BMW. But then news the family owned will stop being family-owned in April 2019 as an Italian investment firm steps in as a major shareholder. Sadly like its naturally aspirated V8s, Morgan's British ownership is a thing of the past!
