Air filter sleeves available

When some replacement parts are no longer easy to find or not available, initiatives by enthusiasts to resource them are good news for fellow enthusiasts. Here Colin Goodey has been in touch reporting he has done that for the sleeve that fits between the air filter housing and the air box at the back of the inlet manifold close to the bulkhead.

Colin Goodey says "when rebuilding my MGBGTV8 I found that one of the parts is no longer available - BHH1162- Air filter housing seal or sleeve - so I have remanufactured some. If anyone else in the V8 Register is looking for this part then they are available from me for £15 per pair".
