Rodrigues reports "despite the less than inviting weather forecast, a large
number of MGV8s joined us at the Classic British Car Meeting on Saturday 1st October
in Morges, the beautiful village on the shores of Lake Geneva. We had the traditional
SWISS MGV8 I/G parking area at the Parc d'Independence (English Gardens) with
10 MGV8s from Switzerland, 1 from the UK (Robin & Josie Livett), 2 from Germany,
2 from France and 1crew all the way from Portugal. Morges is well known for the
view over the lake and across to Mont-Blanc - it's simply magnificent". More |
