 John
Cummings (a well know RV8 enthusiast from the Anglia Centre above) and Keith
H (an active member of a local Northamptonshire natter and regular MGLive!
volunteer) were seen working hard as part of the MGLive! team. John is recognised
as a member who provides useful advice and support with MGV8s generally and RV8
EPAS conversions.

Lake (a regular contributor
of technical items for the V8 website and workshop notes series) and former V8
Chairman and Treasurer Jim Gibson, both active members in local natters.
Jim was a founder member of the V8 Register in 1979.

and Ian Quarrington at Bletchley Park on Thursday 18th June. Marion has an
RV8 and is an active race marshall at MG Car Club and othyer events, often seen
in the pit lane or on the starting grid. Ian is currently Club Vice Chairman and
a longstanding member of the V8 Committee.
 Mike
Breedon received the John Targett Cup for his hard work running the
BCV8 Championship for many years and racing V8s. The John Targett Cup is awarded
annually in memory of a much loved V8 enthusiast and regular at Hook Norton and
MGLive! who sadly passed away in 2014.
 Bob
Owen has been the V8 Tours coordinator, V8 Treasurer and V8 Regalia man for
many years. He stood down at the V8 AGM on Sunday 21st June 2015 for a well earned
break but he and Carolyn are arranging a V8 BBQ - fellow V8 members very
welcome.

Guiney from Northumberland with his MGBGTV8 (Teal Blue 0538) in the concours
on Sunday. His car was built in August 1973 and formerly owned by TG Westcott
in Surrey and was originally despatched from the MG Factory on 14th August 1973
to Westover Motors in Bournemouth a matter of days before the launch of the V8
model.
 Tudur
Jones from Wales and Richard Withington from Lincolnshire enjoying
the celebrations of the award of the Gold Cup after the V8 AGM on Sunday 21st
June. We hope Tudur will be able to play and organ recital at one of the churches
during the Churches Tour around Watlington in Oxfordshire in October being arranged
by Charles Peers.

Yates is well known visitor at overseas events in Switzerland and recently
in Holland. He sold his RV8 and has replaced it with a red V8 Roadster. |
