Mike Breedon says "from 1984 to 1997 the car was driven to every race track I raced at in that time, including three "annual" trips across to Zandvoort (Holland) and a couple to Zolder (Belgium). Without altering much from the race track specification TAN 926M has since been used as a road car but competed in several Classic Runs for a while including the 1999 European Classic Run covering 2,900 miles in 9 days starting from Brussels, Belgium, taking in laps at Spa, the old Nurburgring as well as other tracks before finishing with a few laps round the Saltzburgring (ex F1) race track in Austria before finally making my own way back to UK and home. I still keep TAN in good shape through Malcolm Beer and my own "tinkering" and use it when I can in the spring & summer months. Attached is a recent photo of TAN 926M on a recent day out over the moors parked at Stanage Edge, Derbyshire." Mike competed in the BCV8 Championship and then ran it very well for many years .
