MGB V8 conversion

Hubbard has sent in a few photos of an MGB V8 Roadster in Australia he has received
from Ian Cowen of his former MGB V8 Roadster. They show Gay and Ian beside the
V8 only a few days before it was wrecked. The impact on the nearside rear and
the offside front is obvious. The boot floor and scuttle were out of shape. It
was a huge repair task. John Careless bought the salvage and he has spent years
and lots of effort to get it back into shape. In the process it has been altered
--its front looks like a Ferrari and it has huge wide wheels and interesting hard
top. Ian says "it was a fab machine, with its Ford Falcon running gear and
a 5 speed gearbox and an EFI Rover V8".
