Starkey reports that "last Saturday we held our annual Burblers Xmas lunch
at which John Cumming (above right) was presented with the 208th special Burr
Elm gearknob. £830 has been raised in John's name and this money will be
added to that raised by the draw for the 200th RV8 Elm Burr Gearknob - currently
standing at £880. The final total will be presented to MacMillan at or just
after the annual Needham Market dinner on 13th February 2015. John will pick the
winning ticket on the night. John was absolutely speechless at receiving the gearknob."
Terry adds "my target of £2,000 is in sight!"
