V8 Curry evening was arranged by local member, Nic Houslip, and attended by: Jaquie
Houslip, June Wallis, Victor Smith, Ian Quarrington, Brigitte Kallenberg, Walter
Kallenberg, Debbie Brading, Victor Rodrigues, Madeleine Harvey, Paul Plummer and
Tony Lake.

is an impressive place, in fact a former Lloyds Bank, and the subtle dishes were
prepared in a style from northern India. The V8 group had a warm welcome and an
enjoyable evening.

the date of the annual MG Show at Stoneleigh moved to Sunday 2nd March this year
from the usual mid February slot an additional V8 Curry evening was held
the night before at a wonderful curryhouse in Knowle, just west of Stoneleigh.
June Wallis was a welcome guest together with Victor Rodrigues from the Swiss-MGV8/IG
and Brigitte and Walter Kallenberg, longstanding V8 enthusiasts from Germany.
During the evening Victor Rodrigues presented a document celebrating the
35th Anniversary of the formation of the V8 Register signed by the 25 Swiss and
German members attending the annual Swiss-MGV8/IG weekend tour in September 2013
from Winterberg (CH) to Boblingen (G).
