Carpanini V-8
In 1969 the Motor magazine reviewed a 100mph, 5 seater, Daimler
V8 engined GT car, built using some MGB parts. It was called
a Carpanini V-8 it ed designed and built by an amateur enthusiast
in his own garage. Keith adds "I suspect it didn't last
long".
When you see this design and compare it with the Factory MGBGTV8
you can see how the Farina design achieved graceful and timeless
lines which have made the MGBGT and the derivatives so popular
for so long.
