Home & Export specifications for the MGBGTV8
Rober Rose has found two documents produced by BL on the specification for the MGBGTV8 in 1973 and 1974. He says "I hope you find this rare snippet of MG automotive as interesting as I did".

Four page booklet with the Home & Export specifications for the MGBGTV8 model dated April 1973, relates to the Chrome Bumper Model, twin 6 volt batteries and 8.5 High Compression Engine clearly indication they had plans to Export the model. More

Four page booklet with the Home & Export specifications for the MGBGTV8 model dated July 1974, relates to the Rubber Bumper Model,single 12 volt battery and 8.25 Engine clearly indication that it was a UK model only, even though this would have been self evident early in 1973. More
